There are a few important steps you need to take to switch your email program from another email service provider (ESP) to Attentive. You will work with your Attentive team to:
- Create and send a warmup campaign
- Create, migrate, and send email campaigns & journeys
- Upload your subscriber list
- Submit your list of opted-out email subscribers
- Set up your dedicated sending domain
Note: While most of the steps outlined in this guide are the same for every migration from another ESP to Attentive, there may be key differences with your specific migration.
