Downloadable Invoices

Access your invoices and credit memos

View and download your Attentive invoices and credit memos directly from the platform, without contacting Support or your Customer Success Manager.

What is it?

The Billing tab gives you self-serve access to your Attentive invoice history. From a centralized table, you can review key invoice and credit memo details and download any invoice on file — current or historical — for your own finance, accounting, or reconciliation workflows.

How do I use it?

Up to two years of invoice history is available directly in the platform. If you need an invoice older than that, contact your Customer Success Manager or Attentive Support.

Payment status is synced from Attentive’s billing system multiple times a day. If you’ve recently submitted payment, it may take some time for the status to update.

Note: All invoices currently display in USD.

Why should I use it?

  • Self-service access — retrieve current and historical invoices whenever you need them, without waiting on a reply from Support or your CSM.
  • Faster finance workflows — pull what you need directly for reconciliation, budget tracking, or reporting without back-and-forth.
  • Greater visibility — see invoice status, issue date, and amount together in one place.
