Text-to-Join campaigns

What is it?

Text-to-Join (TTJ) lets people subscribe to your SMS program by texting a keyword to your Attentive short code or toll-free number. After they opt in, Attentive sends the confirmation text, welcome journey, and any offer assigned to that keyword.

You can use different keywords for different promotions, such as SHOES or SMS. Some keywords are reserved and cannot be used, including JOIN, JOINSMS, JOINMMS, and JOIN2x.
